Return & Exchanges

At Dexter Threads, every item is made to order using a print-on-demand production process through our partner, Printify. Because each piece is custom made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or size-based exchanges. Please ensure all order details, including sizing, color, and shipping address, are correct before completing your purchase. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a production issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include the following:
- Your order number and name
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund where appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address entered at checkout
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Contact your local postal carrier with the tracking number
Dexter Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. However, we’re happy to assist in filing a claim or determining next steps.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. Production usually begins within 2 to 6 hours after the order is placed. If you need to make a correction, contact us immediately and we will try to assist if the order has not yet entered production.
