At Dexter Threads, every item is made to order. We partner with trusted providers through Printify to produce and ship your items directly to you. This helps reduce waste and ensures that each product is crafted just for you.
Where We Ship
Currently, we ship to all U.S. states and territories. We do not offer international shipping currently.
Production & Fulfillment Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Because each product is printed on demand, production time may vary slightly based on the item and the print provider. Some Personalized and larger items might have longer production times.
Shipping Time
Once your item ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. When you place your order, you will be given an estimated delivery date. As soon as the shipping label is produced in preparation for Carrier service pick-up you will receive you tracking number.
NOTE: One some items you can select faster delivery, however DHL is used for the first leg of delivery (from production facility to your local or regional US Postal service office) during the DHL phase they do not provide detail location or package progress updates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on your location and order size.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different production partners. You’ll receive tracking info for each package.
Late Delivery
Once your order has been picked up from production location it’s both in the delivery company’s position and control. Use the given tracking number and delivery services contact for question on delays or package loss, we have no control over their performance.
